Tulia Tips -- Grapes!

Grapes are yummy. They can also help to prevent cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, constipation and vision loss. The little things are packed with antioxidants and potassium so they can reduce inflammation, lower your risk of stroke and help manage diabetes (make sure you count them as part of your meal plan). So go right on ahead and get your Roman god on. You deserve it!

P.S. Peel and cut them if you're giving them to your little ones. They have been known to choke children if they're whole.
