POLICIES

• Masks are strongly encouraged .  Your therapist will be masked for the entirety of the session.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

• Surfaces are sanitized between sessions with hospital grade disinfectant.                                                                                                                  

• An air purifier with true Hepa-v filter remains on before, during and after sessions.                                                                                                           

• Tulia Massage offers a covid-clean checkout process that allows you to pay for your session via your mobile phone.                                                               

• Tulia Massage provides Massage Therapy services and should not take the place of a medical doctor. Massage therapists cannot diagnose conditions or prescribe medications.                                                                                                                                                                 

• I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist and registered nurse. I aim to first do no harm and to provide a safe environment for my clients. My work is therapeutic and not sexual in any way.                                                                                                                                       

• Please fill out intake and covid liability forms online prior to your first session.

• A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless authorized or in the event of a no-show or late cancellation

• Kindly give 24hrs notice in case of cancellation (6 hours if booked on the same day) otherwise you will be charged for your missed session.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

• An extended session cannot be guaranteed in the event of lateness. Please call if you are running late.                                                               

• A last minute reschedule (less than 6 hours' notice) will be charged for half of the session.                                                                                    

• Tulia Massage accepts cash, visa and mastercard but unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks.
