Tulia Tips -- Figs!

Figs have been shown to have some excellent health benefits. Eaten dried or fresh, they can help with glucose control, constipation, skin and hair health and even fever reduction. They're high in potassium though so you might want to stay away from them if you're on blood thinners. Take Good Care of Yourself!
